Datenschutzerklärung

Diese Seite gehört zur Pilotphase «Drone & Digital Unterentfelden». Verantwortlich für die Bearbeitung der Daten ist Real Vision (Felipe Garcia). Sie erreichen uns jederzeit unter contato@realvisionmaps.com.

1. Die Aufnahme können Sie ohne Angaben herunterladen

Der Download der 360°-Aufnahme ist an keine Bedingung geknüpft. Sie müssen kein Formular ausfüllen und keine Daten angeben. Personendaten entstehen erst, wenn Sie das Formular am Ende der Seite freiwillig absenden.

2. Welche Daten wir bearbeiten

Wenn Sie das Formular absenden: Betrieb, Name, E-Mail-Adresse und Ihre Antworten auf die drei Fragen. Alle Angaben sind freiwillig.

Technisch beim Absenden: Ihre IP-Adresse wird kurzzeitig gespeichert, damit das Formular nicht missbraucht werden kann (höchstens fünf Versuche pro zehn Minuten). Sie wird nicht für andere Zwecke verwendet.

3. Wofür wir die Daten verwenden

• Ihre Antworten dienen ausschliesslich dazu, zu verstehen, wie Schweizer Betriebe das Internet nutzen. Wir geben sie nicht weiter und verkaufen sie nicht.
• In den E-Mail-Verteiler nehmen wir Sie nur dann auf, wenn Sie das entsprechende Kästchen ausdrücklich angekreuzt haben. Ohne dieses Häkchen wird Ihre Adresse nicht in den Verteiler aufgenommen.
• Eine Benachrichtigung mit Ihren Antworten geht an Felipe Garcia. Das geschieht unabhängig vom Häkchen, weil es sich dabei um die Antwort auf die Umfrage selbst handelt.

4. Keine Cookies, kein Banner

Diese Seite setzt keine Cookies und legt nichts dauerhaft in Ihrem Browser ab. Die Reichweitenmessung läuft über PostHog im Modus «memory»: die Messung endet, sobald Sie den Tab schliessen, und es entsteht kein über mehrere Besuche wiedererkennbares Profil. Aus diesem Grund gibt es hier auch kein Cookie-Banner.

5. Dienstleister, die mitbearbeiten

• Vercel — Hosting dieser Seite.
• Supabase — Datenbank, in der die Formulardaten gespeichert werden.
• Resend — Versand der Benachrichtigungs-E-Mail.
• PostHog — Reichweitenmessung ohne Cookies, siehe Ziffer 4.
• Google — die eingebettete Karte (Google Maps) und die Schriftarten (Google Fonts) werden von Google-Servern geladen. Dabei erhält Google Ihre IP-Adresse.

Real Vision arbeitet von Brasilien aus, und die genannten Dienstleister betreiben ihre Server im Ausland. Ihre Daten können deshalb ausserhalb der Schweiz bearbeitet werden.

6. Wie lange wir die Daten aufbewahren

Wir bewahren Ihre Antworten so lange auf, wie wir sie für die Auswertung dieser Pilotphase benötigen. Verlangen Sie die Löschung, löschen wir sie.

7. Ihre Rechte

Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft über Ihre Daten, auf Berichtigung und auf Löschung. Eine erteilte Einwilligung können Sie jederzeit widerrufen, ohne dass Ihnen daraus ein Nachteil entsteht — die Aufnahme gehört Ihnen unabhängig davon. Für die Abmeldung vom E-Mail-Verteiler oder für jedes andere Anliegen genügt eine formlose Nachricht an contato@realvisionmaps.com.

1. You can download the shot without giving anything

The 360° download has no conditions attached. You do not have to fill in a form or provide any data. Personal data only comes into play if you choose to submit the form at the end of the page.

2. What data we process

If you submit the form: business, name, email address and your answers to the three questions. All of it is voluntary.

Technical, on submission: your IP address is stored briefly so the form cannot be abused (at most five attempts per ten minutes). It is not used for anything else.

3. What we use the data for

• Your answers serve only to understand how Swiss businesses use the internet. We do not pass them on and we do not sell them.
• We add you to the email list only if you explicitly ticked the corresponding box. Without that tick your address is not added.
• A notification containing your answers goes to Felipe Garcia. This happens regardless of the tick, because that notification is the survey response itself.

4. No cookies, no banner

This page sets no cookies and stores nothing permanently in your browser. Analytics runs through PostHog in “memory” mode: measurement ends when you close the tab, and no profile recognisable across visits is created. That is why there is no cookie banner here.

5. Service providers involved

• Vercel — hosting of this page.
• Supabase — the database storing the form data.
• Resend — sending the notification email.
• PostHog — cookieless analytics, see section 4.
• Google — the embedded map (Google Maps) and the fonts (Google Fonts) are loaded from Google servers, which receive your IP address.

Real Vision operates from Brazil, and the providers listed run their servers abroad. Your data may therefore be processed outside Switzerland.

6. How long we keep the data

We keep your answers for as long as we need them to evaluate this pilot. If you ask us to delete them, we delete them.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected and to have it deleted. You can withdraw your consent at any time at no disadvantage to you — the shot is yours regardless. To unsubscribe from the email list, or for any other request, a short message to contato@realvisionmaps.com is enough.
